Is there a better condiment than a homemade mayo? I think not.
WHAT YOU NEED
1.5 cup canola oil
1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
1.5 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper
HOW TO DO IT
Add all of the ingredients into a vessel that is just large enough to fit the head of your immersion blender
Emulsify until thick and creamy mayonnaise is stabilized - this will take about 10-20 seconds
Enjoy on absolutely everything!
